Lifematrix Tonic Mushrooms Anti – Aging
Tonic mushrooms have been used for centuries to support good health. They are widely-recognised for their adaptogenic properties (bringing balance to the body) and as a source of immune-modulating beta-glucans, prebiotics and antioxidants. The Mushrooms in this blend have been specially selected for their anti-ageing properties.
Suggested use: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx.. 4g) in a cup of boiled water. Stir vigorously and allow powder to dissolve for a minute or so before sipping.
Can also be added to smoothies, soups and stews. Or use as a seasoning.
