Apple Cider Vinegar has traditionally been used for cleaning and disinfecting, treating nail fungus, lice, warts and ear infections. It contains acetic acid which kills bacteria and/or prevent them from multiplying and reaching harmful levels. It has a history of use as a disinfectant and natural preservative and helps to lower blood sugar responses after meals. Apple Cider Vinegar is commonly taken to stimulate weight loss, reduce blood triglycerides, cholesterol and blood pressure. Nature’s Choice Apple Cider Vinegar is made from tree-ripened apples, unfiltered and untreated so that the effective living element of the vinegar is kept intact. This living element is believed to have antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.
Warnings
Colour may vary due to apple variety. Dilution is important as pure apple cidar vinegar is very strong and corrosive. This product has been packed in a factory that uses nuts.
Directions
For slimming, to aid digestion, or as a tonic: Take two teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of water three times a day.
For acne: Apply mixture of one part Apple Cider Vinegar to 8 parts water – daily. Rinse with hot water.
For mild athletes foot: Soak washed feet in a mixture of 7 Tbsps Apple Cider Vinegar to one liter water.
