CalmLite™ is recommended for individuals who are occasionally anxious, feel stressed or struggle with stress-related eating habits. Contains Relora®, a proprietary blend of herbal extracts from Magnolia officinalis bark and Phellodendron amurense bark that help balance the stress hormones cortisol and DHEA. Theanine is an amino acid found in green tea that supports a healthy stress response, promoting relaxation, focus and memory.

Dosage Directions
