Methylsulphonylmethane, or better known as MSM, is a naturally present organic sulphur compound found in all living plant and animal tissues. MSM is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. MSM is a form of sulphur that produces all the functions associated with other forms of sulphur, including ensuring generally the health of the cells without any unpleasant side effects, such as body odour or flatulence. MSM is the end product of the methyl-S-methane series of compounds that provide all life with a dominant amount of biologically available sulphur.
