Viridian’s 100% Organic Hemp Seed Oil is certified organic by the Soil Association. An Optimum balance of essential fatty acids Omega-3 and Omega-6. Viridian’s Hemp seed is first cold pressed, solvent free and 100% vegan.
Directions: As a food supplement, take one to three teaspoons daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. This highly nutritious oil can be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as a condiment drizzled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc… or just taken from the spoon.

Hemp seed oil has a ratio of 3:1 omega-6 to omega-3, which is the level suggested by the WHO and present in a healthy Japanese diet.
