Peak Health is owned by a partnership of family members. A family that got frustrated with the health industry, and decided to try make it better, or at least easier to navigate.

Choosing the supplements and vitamins which are the most beneficial for you can be overwhelming, time-consuming and expensive. There are so many products on the market nowadays that supermarket aisles and pharmacies are flooded with masses of commercial supplements and vitamins and it’s a proverbial minefield trying to find what will maximise your personal health and specifically target the areas you wish to improve. Ingredient lists are getting longer, becoming impossible to pronounce and with all the differing combinations and percentages of ingredients it is extremely hard to make an informed decision.

Peak health, although nameless at the start, began as just a wish. A wish to be able to know which vitamin bottle to choose off the shelf, a wish to know what ingredients were for what, a wish to know what brands were worth the price, and what supplements were a waste of money, before actually spending that money. These wishes then turned into an idea, a simple one. An idea to create our own products, with ingredients we knew, in amounts that would work, and would be aimed at certain specific issues we wanted to address.

We know that consumers are becoming more knowledgeable, aware and demanding of what they put into their bodies. They insist on supplementing their diets with quality products that improve specific aspects of their health. That is why we met with a manufacturing medical doctor, to discuss creating our formulae, and sourcing quality ingredients. Morality and integrity were important to us, as we wanted to create products we could rely on ourselves. During one such meeting, we thought: “why not manufacture more, for friends and extended family?”, and then, “why not make them available to the whole of South Africa?”.

And so, Peak Health was named, and now we have a Team of agents country wide selling our products, and our Online Store!
